Update : 7am

Yesterday was frightening for both Dieter and me, and it was a setback, though perhaps not a huge one and certainly not an unusual one. In order to stop the bleeding in Dieter’s stomach, the medicines he had been on for several days were reversed. He needed a blood transfusion. Hopefully today the source of the bleeding, which was found yesterday, can be fixed. Dieter is back in ICU and resting well; I think we did not realize how weak he had become from the bleeding.
Please pray for his body to heal and for his mind and heart to be at ease. Please pray for today’s procedure to fix the bleeding to be successful.
Also, please pray for wisdom for me. As we saw yesterday, each medicine has side effects and each procedure has consequences. When you start having more medicines and procedures to fix the results of the last set of problems you tried to fix, the regret that comes with hindsight can hinder decision-making. I need wisdom in talking with
doctors and making decisions.
Also, please pray for our family. It is very discouraging to feel that we have lost a week’s worth or more of ground gained.
Thanks,
Val

Oh,Val. I pray that you will NOT suffer with regret. You and Dieter are going through this for the only time and must rely on the doctors wisdom. I pray they be focused, artistic and intelligent when planning Dieter’s treatment. I pray that you have power and wisdom and peace from God each moment and especially during the decision-making and frightening moments. I want to visualize you all under His wing.

Hello Val,
Aimee and I after meeting in your living room have been married for 18 years today and we are and will continue to pray for you guys. Lord I pray for complete restoration for Dieter right now Lord you gave us authority over all sickness not some but all and we take authority over the spirit of infirmity and cast it to the feet of Jesus and we command it to never return and we loose a spirit of healing over him and we speak Life over him in the name of Jesus. I ask that today Lord that there would be break threw and the doctors would be perplexed by the healing that has taken place Lord that Dieter would sit up and declare I have been healed and the tests would confirm the healing. Lord I lift up Val that she would walk in supernatural discernment and that the Holy Spirit would lead her in the time of decision making. Lord I ask that you would lift them up in this hour that you would lift their spirits and fill them with your joy. God I ask that you would strengthen Val and the boys and encourage them that no more ground will be lost to the enemy and that you are with them. In Jesus name I pray, Amen
